What does the error code: E000531-8001 mean? We have a Canon Image Runner Advance.

What does this error code mean?  I'm wondering if it's something I should call in for a service call.

E000531-8001  Our printer is a Canon Image Runner Advance DD# 0R0.  Thank you.
