I have a Canon MF210 Personal Printer. Software provides a toolbox for Scanning purposes which I am accessing via wireless.
I perform the following actions (which have worked for me until today)
- Open Toolbox on computer and select "PDF"
- Scanning window opens
- "Select Source" has defaulted to "Platen Glass", with nothing else available in the pull down menu
- Trying to request scan results in a data error, which is expected, since there is nothing on the Glass, document is in feeder
What can I do to get the feeder recognized? It always recognized it before.

Are you running Windows 10 by chance? Also, which specfic imageCLASS MF210 series unit do you own? (MF212w,
MF217w, MF216n) etc? This information will help us to further assist you.
