My printer will not start. The plug is in and "hot". Is there anything that can be done or is it a new machine needed?

Hi ranmanhockey,
Did this issue occur after a poewr failure? If so, there is a power surge protection feature that may be causing this. To get the printer to turn on after a power failure, unplug the unit for about 10 minutes and then plug it back in. If this does not resolve the issue, please use the Contact Us link to get in touch with our support staff who can provide service options.
