We've recently moved into a new office and have been given a printer, we don't know how old it is. It is an ImageRunner C1021iF. When it prints it makes an awful grinding and squeaking sound before it prints, and it continues to make it during and for a few seconds after. It also does it when you copy something.
I've made sure the ink cartridges are in correctly and this hasn't stopped it.
Anyone got any ideas, or know what would be causing this noise? It is a small office and drowns out everything else when it is doing it
Thanks in advance
