I've recently bought a second hand MG3022 and set it up fine. But when it comes to photocopying, when you print from the flatbed scanner, I've noticed that the bottom few millimeters of the page is always cut off. I'm printing normal letter paper (8.5" x 11") onto letter paper. I opened up the scanning bed to see what was going on and noticed that the scanner doesn't go all the way to the end of the page, ending just a few millimeters before the end of the page.
To troubleshoot a bit I scanned a page using my computer and the scanner worked fine. Again I visually inspected it while scanning and noticed that the scanner went all the way to the end of the bed, so I know that there isn't anything obstructing the sanner from going all the way to the end of the page.
How do I solve this problem? Is there a way to reset or force the printer to scan the entire bed while photocopying? I've been looking online for hours for a solution and it's brought up nothing.

Hi print-ea,
When using the copy function, there is a border of .66" at the bottom of the page. This cannot be adjusted.
