I understand that turning off my machine would save some electricity.
But, I am more interested in increasing the life of the machine then in saving a few cents of electricity.
I do live in an area where the cost of electricity is pretty low.
My previous Multifunction Machine was a Brother brand & they suggested that turning the machine off every night & then on the next morning would DECREASE the life of the "Lamp" - which is a very expensive part to replace (if it can be replaced at all).
I tried searching for NUMEROUS words / phrases in the online Manual - but could not find where / if this topic was addressed.
If someone has a link to something in that online manual or to any other source, I would appreciate it.
THANKS in advance for your assistance.
