Replace printhead

I get i ipf765 the printer was just fine with new printhead printing some image
The electric power went off and after it came back
I turn on the printer but when i send a print job
It said you new to run a printhead clean or replace it
I have run the clean 3 times and nothing and the printhead was just new 😟
Is there any solution for that from the service mode or something
I can't even print a nozzle check
