We have an irc3080i printer. From my PC (Windows 8.1) it has suddenly decided not to print from Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint or Adobe. It works fine with Word and Excel. I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer but the programmes it won't print from are saying there is no printer installed. I am unable to set the printer as the default printer.
Not sure if I have installed the correct printer driver - I used Canon UFR II/ UFRII LT Printer Driver v14.00 (v14.00) as suggested by our supplier.
Getting really frustrated. Can anyone help?
