I sctually have a canon mf217w laser printer. My problem is when i go to print a return label or shipping label the labels come out to big. Ive tried everything i know. Im using canon business print.
Any help appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The MF217w is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!

Greetings,
If these labels are .PDF's or .JPG's, the zoom settings is probably set to 300%. This will cause your print outs to exceed the printable area of the page.
