My printer ran low on ink, then it stopped being able to read ink levels. So when I try to print a document, I get an error every time. If I run the troubleshoot program, it finds no errors & prints a test page just fine. I'm hoping I can get this fixed without sending it in for service. What can I do?

Hello.
Check to make sure that genuine Canon brand ink tanks are being used with the printer. Refilled or third party ink tanks may not be detected properly.

I've definately used Fine Canon ink cartridges. I've found that I can print when I hook my computer to the printer via USB cable now, so that helps, but wireless still isn't working. Not sure what to do about that. You mentioned a "Contact Us" link below, but I don't see one. Could you post a diret link?

Hi, SophiasGramma!
If you look closely at the post above, you'll notice the words "Contact Us" are in gray instead of black. We know it's a subtle difference, but that's the link.
We'll save you a step and just have you CLICK HERE instead.
Hope this helps!
