Every time I turn on my image prograf 2100 printer this error message appears after a few moments: EC34-2602
I try to resolve the error as directed by turning off the printer, waiting and restarting - but it does not solve the issue.
I also tried unplugging the printer and waiting. I have also determined that no air is the ink tubes going to the printer head.
I did call a canon tecnincal support rep a week ago which resolved the issue for a few days. It worked after our call. I'm not sure how we resolved it together - but we did restart and unplug it. Now it is happening again - before I call a tech rep again, I wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else or if you have any experience with this error.
Thanks!
