I have a wireless network set up and I have two computers running Win 7 Pro that work fine with my printer. I have the problem with the new desktop and laptop, I have downloaded what I think were the correct drivers but I still can't seem to get either of the Win 8.1 machines to connect to the printers. None of them are connected via usb the entire set up is wireless.
