My canon c5235 will not print colored. I will like to replace the toner but since i have not been prompted by the printer on the display, I can't seem to be able to open the internal toner cartridge cover.
I have enabled colored printing and all. My thought on the issue is that the toners were installed with the covers still intact (since this printer was imported and has never been used)
How do I open the internal toner cover or manually cause the toner error message to be displayed.
