Mf411dw scan issue think line on the paper

Hi!

I have a scan issue if if I use the top part, where it can scan two pages. According to this site https://oip.manual.canon/FAQ01-0214-zz-SSM_n3-enUV/contents/cmcont-trb-scan_streak.html cleaned up it (i think correctly) but did not help.
