Maxify MB2320 not printing

MB2320 is going through the motions...  sometimes it will print but is very very faint...   

New ink cartridges installed (multiple times) 

No error messages...

Same problem whether it's from a Windows device or Mac...

Hi MyBrokenJeep,

Please perform 2 deep cleanings:

1.  Swipe the HOME screen and then tapthe wrench and screwdriver icon on your MAXIFY MB2320.
2.  Tap Maintenance.
3.  Tap Deep cleaning.
4.  Tap Yes to clean the printhead.

After the cleanings have been performed, please attempt to print again.
