I have a Maxify MB2120. Have changed ink cartridges multiple times. A month or so ago hte cyan and magenta cartridges ran out and I replaced them.
A few days ago, the yellow was low but not showing out yet and black ran out. I replaced the black but after it went through its startup when I closed the cover, it would only print blank pages. So when I printed a document, the computer would show the normal notice and the job would spool and then the printer would show it was processing. You could hear the printer opperate as it typically does and it would feed a sheet a of paper but the paper was blank. I tried printing a test page and still it was blank.
Then the printer showed that the yellow was out. So I replaced that cartridge but still only blank pages. Then in short succession it showed the cyan was out and after I replaced that, it showed the megenta was out. I replaced that.
An aside is that we did very little color printing over the last two weeks but the color cartidges got used up somehow when they would typically last for 6 months.
But for this thread, the issue is that it won't print anything on the page.
I went through the maintenance menu tree on the printer itself and if you do a print head pattern test, it prints great. But if you print a test page from the computer or if you try to print any document, it is just a blank page.
Any ideas?
