MF635cx Blank Screen

Hi there,

My MF635cx printer stopped working while/after firmware update. The printer screen just went blank. I tried unplugging and restarting. It then then makes a terrible sound and nothing else thereafter. I tried connecting via usb to reinstall the firmware but the printer doesn't connect. It is as if it is off.
