Just recently bought this printer. Nice of them to show a plastic part in the "Items included with the machine" page but not a clue about what it's for. Had to call them to find out it was for the paper tray when you use legal paper.
My problem is with the printed paper coming out into the discharge area. The paper comes out all the way to the edge where the little flip up flap is. With the flap down I can't get my fingers under the page(s). With the flap in the up position I still can't get under the page(s) to pull them out.
What am I missing here? I really don't want to have to pull the pages out one by one. Anybody got a solution? Thanks.
