So I have updated the Driver and Scan patch on my new computer. I still cannot get the scanner to work, please advise with any ideas to fix this.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

I am Running Windows 10 on a HP Laptop, that i just purchased. They were able to transfer all app's and data from my old computer. I have installed the updated driver and Scan Patch, but the scanning function won't work.

 

I have tried several times reinstall the driver.  I can scan to the USB Drive, just not my computer.
