After purchasing a new computer running Windows 11 my MF451dw has had problems. Specifically, every time is prints, it pulls the sheet back in as though it were duplex printing and "prints" nothing on the back.
This happens independently of the program I am printing from, be it a word processor (Wordperfect 2021, Worperfect X-5, or Libre Office), or a webpage in Chrome, Opera or Edge.
I am using Windows 11 Pro, 24H2, build 26100.2894, with 64 gig RAM. All drivers are updated.
I have tried the following drivers "Canon Generic Plus UFR II V240" and "Canon Generic Plus PCL6 V240" and in both cases it still behaves as though it were duplex printing.
The "PROPERTIES" Dialogue Box displays the following relevant settings:
GENERAL Tab: Double-sided: = No
ADVANCED Tab: Print Processor Button: Processor = CnXP0PP is highlighted (Other option is winprint), Default data type = RAW is highlighted (Other options are NT EMF 1.006, NT EMF 1.007, NT EMF 1.008, and RAW
DEVICE SETTING Tab: Config. Profile = Basic Configuration, Device Type: = A4, Black & White, Finishing Settings: 2-sided printing = Not Checked
The "PRINTING DEFAULTS" Dialogue Box displays the following relevant settings:
BASIC SETTINGS Tab: Page-Layout: = 1 on 1, 1-sided/2-sided/Booklet Printing: = 1-sided Printing
PAGE SETUP Tab: Page Layout: = 1 on 1
FINISHING Tab: Print Style: = 1 sided Printing
Finally the “PRINTING PREFERENCES” Dialogue Box displays the following relevant settings (Which are identical to the The "PRINTING DEFAULTS" Dialogue Box):
BASIC SETTINGS Tab: Page-Layout: = 1 on 1, 1-sided/2-sided/Booklet Printing: = 1-sided Printing
