We just purchased an imageCLASS MF227dw and set it up today. One of the primary uses will be scanning multi-page documents using the automatic feeder. However, every document scanned has a line of blank space, dead center down the entire page. I removed the plastic guide sheet and cleaned it with a damp, lint-free cloth, as well as the glass beneath it, but the issue persists. Scanning from the platen glass works fine. Could someone please provide assistance? Thanks in advance.
