Hello everyone,
I purchased this printer yesterday and the installation and setup was smooth. Today I went to print for the first time and I got a paper jam/toner cartridge not inserted error. I opened up the machine and did a double check (following all the steps provided in the manual and on the Canon site) only to notice there is no paper jam and the toner cartridge is installed correctly and at 100%. I've done it all from unplugging for 5mins to repeating the steps to remove jammed paper over 10 times. I'm extremely frustrated and begining to believe this is a malfunctioned machine. Anyone have any suggestions other than to follow the steps on how to remove a jammed paper? The error light just keeps on blinking. I can however scan and fax.
