MB2720 Error 5200

I have a canon MB2720 printer and Ihave this error 5200. I tried to follow every fix suggestion but still the same error, from resseting the for few seconds, unplugging even for an hour, cleeaning the heads and still the same error and i don't have any more option. Please help

A paper jam could cause this error to occur. There are 2 videos that you can view in regards to resolving paper jam or paper feed issues:

 1.  Remove paper jam from front of printer:

If the 5200 error persists, your MAXIFY MB2720 would require service.  You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. i followed the video but there's paper jam on either the front ot back portion of the printer and error still persist.

I also tried to call technical support from the number you indicated 1-866-443-8002 from 8am to 12 midnight ET, at 20:13 PST and they are close that's not even 12 midnight ET yet my time PST. i'll try tomorrow again but this time even earlier.
