got my MB2320 printer home and set up. but when i tried to get it set up using WiFi, the touchscreen says it's detected, but once i try getting things set up on my computer, the printer does not show up on the list of printers. i have tried several different ways of set up (standard, WPS, and the one where you can select the network), but nothing seems to be working. what i am i doing wrong?

Thanks John. I just upgraded to windows 10. The printer says it's connected to Wi-Fi, but when I try to set it up, it's not showing on the list of printers on the network. The only way I can use it is by using the usb cord.

well, to put an added twist. i was able to download the app on my phone to be able to print. while i didn't have anything to test print, i was able to scan something using my phone and it was able to "see" my printer. but i still can not get it to be recognized by my computer.

this is the sceen that i keep ending up at.

hopefully someone can help me figure out what's wrong before i get a chance to call their customer service.

Hello.

Check to make sure that your computer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.  Also, temporarily disable any firewall or anti-spyware programs to see if this allows the setup to detect the printer.

well, i was able to call customer service. i thought i had to run either wireless on through the USB cable only. i found out that i can keep the cable hooked up and print from my computer and still print wireless from my phone.
