I have a MB 2320 printer I have just installed the software for the Scanner Utility and I am getting this when I try and open it.
My printing is working fine and I have it all connected properly to the Wireless Lan, I am also sitting right next to the modem which is right next to the print. Please help I really will need my scanner. I am using a Mac Book Pro using OS Big Sur 11.1

Hi hdg514,
Please try reinstalling the scanner driver:
1. Click once on your desktop so "Finder" appears in the upper left corner.
2. A few to the right of Finder is Go. Please click on Go and then click on "Go to folder"
3. In that box, please type:
/Library/Image Capture/Devices
and then click Go
4. Please remove all Canon folders from this folder.
Once removed, close that window and we will reinstall the driver:
1. Please use the following link:
2. Click the Select button next to "ICA Driver Ver. 4.1.3a (Mac)".
3. Click the Download button. The drivers will download.
4. Once the download is complete, open your downloads folder.
5. Double click "misd-mac-ijscanner14f-4_1_3-ea21_3.dmg". A disk image will be created on your desktop.
6. Open that disk image and hte setup file inside, then follow the on screen prompts to reinstall.
Once the installation has completed, please attempt to scan using the IJ Scan Utility.
