MB 2020 - Prints super slow suddenly

Hi, I just got a new desktop computer. I went through the process of installing my Canon Maxify MB 2020. If I try to print anything it goes super slow. The setup said it was successful but the test page has been in the process of printing for over 5 minutes. With my other computer it was super fast. What is going on? 

 

Print quality is set to standard and when I go into device manager to make sure the drivers are updated, Printers, doesn't show up. Only Print queues. 

 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice now. I also tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in the manual for this problem but nothing is working. Help please?!?
