MAXIFY MB5420 How to print via USB cord

Printer Maxify MB5420, How do I get it to print from a USB cord. I cant find any helpful information online. My wireless connection is not reaching the printer, my phone wont connect to it and now I just want to print from USB/USB cord.

Delete the printer entirely from your computer.....driver and software. Restart the computer.

Then install the printer EXACTLY as per the instructions supplied by Canon. This probably means installing driver and etc. before connecting to the computer.

You DO have the appropriate cable, right?
