Hello, I need help. My printer is showing support code 5501 on my Maxify 2720. Problem is, it was a gift so I don't have the receipt, or purchase date. So of course we turned it off and on, canceled the printing job. We open the door to the printer, but it won't move over for us to see what's going on. We put in a new cartridge, but for some reason it's not reading it. Before anyone asks yes it's Cannon brand, no it's not a 3rd party cartridge. Any help would be appreciated.
