My canon Maxify 7021 is connected to my home network. I run Mac’s. The printer has recently been showing printer is in use continuously and will not print. It is found by the system and I can hear the ping. The scan utility does scan at the printer. Ink levels are full, and the maintenance cartridge is new. It does appear that the black ink level on the utility is not correct after refreshing the printer with a full black bottle. Is there something I can do or check?
