We just spent $950 on a new ImageClass MFC810, only to find that if we choose to print one of the smaller Avery label sizes (in this case 4" x 6"), the printer will not allow us to choose the paper type at all, so it treats it as standard plain paper. This runs the label through the printer too fast and does not allow the toner to fully melt onto the label, causing it to smear. I'd like an explanation please.
