The type of printer I have is in the subject line.
I have had it at least two years and just printed over 50 pages on Thursday (today is Saturday). The ink cartridges are new, the drivers and software are new (re-downloaded them today when the problem was first encountered). I have cleaned the rollers; made sure there is plenty of paper in the drawer; the paper settings are correct; the printer is online and connected to the computer wirelessly - it shows the print job in the little text window thing on the printer and that it is connected to the computer; I have turned the printer off, then on three different times; unplugged it two different times; removed and reconnected the printer to the computer half a dozen times and the problem persists. I type all this first with hopes that no one will tell me to go try that.
The printer is ready to print. I hit print. The printer beeps, shows the print job in the window thing, whirs like it does to pick up the paper a few times, then nothing. No error message, no check the paper or ink levels, no printing, nothing. The print job is not showing in the queue on the computer. Nothing happens. It starts out like it's going to print just fine and then nothing.
Please help.
Thank you.
