ImageClass LBP632Cdw printer is now printing ghostlike images

My printer has full cartridges and is now printing ghostlike photos.  Any clue why this is happening or how to fix it?  I am so disappointed in this printer and the low quality that I wish I had never purchased it.

Would it be possible for you to post the image of the problem so that we can better understand what ghost-like images look like?

Thanks Carole.  This is helpful.  I want to assure you that this is definitely not normal.  I occasionally print images on both of my lasers and the results are remarkable.  

I'm going to ask you a few more questions.  

Just to clarify, this was a brand new printer, with Canon brand toners and these are the results you're getting right out of the box?

What operating system version and build are you using the printer with? 

What application(s) are you printing from.  

Does everything you print images or text look this light?

What drivers / utilities did you install?  I'm going to include a link to the printers support portal so you can be specific 😉

Hi:

The printer was purchased January 29, 2025 and it worked fine printing word documents.  Today was the first time I tried to print in color.  Now, everything I print looks the same way.  

I placed all new Canon toners in the printer; reset the printer to factory install; reinstalled the printer and am getting the same thing.

The operating system is Windows 11.  The driver/utilities were whatever was factory installed.

I am a novice and looking at the link you provided, I don't even know where to go to find my problem.  I'm very frustrated and really am thinking about throwing this printer away.

I had absolutely no problem with it until last night when I wanted to print a photo in color.
