When I turn on the printer it prints four pages w/ info like it thinks I have just installed a new cartridge. Wastes tons of paper and toner!

It does the same with my D570 printer also. Just purchased a couple of weeks ago.

Greetings ,
This is probably an issue with the driver or possibly with the connection to your network or PC. Can you please provide more details about your specific environment? Operating system version and build, connection method etc.
@TerriA
Since this is another user's topic, please start your own thread. Provide the model number of your Canon (D570)?, The operating system version and build you are using it with and how it is connected and to what?
It's not possible for you to mark another users topic as solved, so please help us by starting your own topic and providing information about your issue there. Thanks in advance.
