ImageCLASS D530 toner not drying

ImageClass D530 laser printer:

No matter what type of paper I print on the toner is not drying. I can leave the print out for a few days & it will still smear if I rub my finger across it. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hello bbb2020.  Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The imageCLASS D530  is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!

Thank you for the replies. Stephen I tried yours but it didn't help. Not sure if this helps but it's only on the left half side of the paper that it doesn't adhere to.
