We purchased an Image Class MF 455dw wireless laser printer in July 2024 that worked great until a few days ago, when it shut down and wouldn't start up or print. We looked online for other customers who might have had the same issue, checked the house circuit breaker, checked and re-checked the connections/power cord & Wi-Fi status, plugged into two different electrical outlets, disconnected all the wires for over 24 hours. After disconnecting the power cord for a day, the machine came on for a few seconds after pushing the power button, then turned off again. Any other suggestions?
