IR2004N - Scaner User List

Dear Canon,

We have IR2004N, S/N: WDT07681.  We created Scanner's User List in printer for top 10 VIP people in our office, however, it resets these 10 whenever we install drive in a new computer in LAN or re-install Printer Driver in any of computer in LAN.  It adds the new user, and removes old ones from the list.  This now, has become a very frustrating excerciese.  Any one has any clues about it?

May be there is a patch or new installation beta release for drivers that does NOT do this activity.

Yes, we had contacted the dealer and the dealer has given up.  I believe it's something to do with the firmware and/or driver software.  Can you please guide me, who and where to look for the person in firmware / driver software developer?

How to re-create the issue:

Step 1: Configure Scanner with List of 10 PC users.

Step 2: Now if one installs Printer+Scanner software, his name gets added, and one of old user gets removed.

There is no specific indication or option to disable AUTO ADD user in Scan Window at Printer!!!
