I have purchased Canon MF654cdw and cannot connect

Please help.

I have purchased CAnon MF654cdw from bestbuy and being wire connected with USB - B wire which was under the instruction. It was scanning fine the first day and now I cannot connect to scanner at all even if I tried to turn the power off and on couple of times including my laptop.

Please help.

It's currently with windows 11
