I have Cannon D1120 printer, Its giving me an E000 error. ant suggestions please

I have a brand new Cannon D1120 printer, which I used it for few times only. Its giving me an error E000 and not printing any thing. I tried to call cannon and they told me to take it to repair shop. I don't want to pay $100 or more for repair and wondering if any one have any suggestion. Thanks

A E000 coeds means the error history has detected any one of the following error codes 4 times :E001;E002;E003.
The error can be cleared in the service mode.

You can try a factory reset..but if it does not work, try with a genuine fuser

What's genuine fuser? Factory reset didn't solve the issue. Thanks
