We have an excellent Canon LBP5960 Colour Laser printer with the optional plug in Hard Disk drive module. The drive has failed acording to the error message E602-0002. I unplugged the option and the printer is still messaging the error and not continuing further. The printer is on a server so the HDD option is not absolutely necesary so rather than spend so much money on an option that is not really an andvantage we wish to revert to a normal LBP5960 printer and leave the faulty module out. I would much prefer to direct the funds to the consumables than a HDD.
How do I dismiss this error message and continue using the printer normally please.
Regards Rod
