I just purchased a GX3020 and have set it up and tested it. But every time I print a page, it shoots out of the printer and ends up on the floor! There is an area above the paper input tray where the output comes and it contains a black device of some kind. I thought that I would be able to pull an output tray into position, but it doesn't move.
Is that the way it is supposed to work? Pages shooting out of the printer and ending up on the floor?

It sure looks like that black device is a pull-out receiving tray.
Is there not any place to put your fingers to pull it out? Does the manual show anything?

Thanks a lot for that picture! I looked through everything I could find but never saw anything with it out like that. You confirmed that it was in fact an output tray. I found out that it was very stiff and after a lot of wiggling it did come out. Too bad they don't say anything about the tray in the documentation.

Seek and ye shall find! I just web-searched the printer and looked at a review.
