Canon iR-ADV C525 Address book...

Can one of y'all tell me what format the address book import file is supposed to be in?

I've tried .csv, .txt. I've used comma and tab delimited. I've tried whole name/email address, I've tried first name/last name/email address and several other combinations but have had zero luck.

Our dealer doesn't know how to import them. Been that route already.

He did offer to come by and manually add them.
