Hello,
The printer in my office works fine most of the time but then will randomly beep and give me an error and tell me to turn power off and back on when I try to print something. Then will usually work once it's been turned back on. I connect wirelessly to the printer from my laptop as well as from other laptops in the office. One computer seems to give more error codes than others.
I tried reinstalling drivers and checking firmware version on the printer but it gives me a "Communication Error" there too and will not let me check firmware status. Not sure what to do. Any suggestions? Thanks!
