Canon MF663CDW error code: E196-0001

Hi

I've owned this printer for a few months, since Nov 2025.  It has recently showed an error:

A service call error occurred.E196-0001
Turn OFF the device. Wait a moment before turning it ON again.
If the problem persists, contact your local authorized Canon dealer or service representative.
Make sure to inform them of the product name and error code.

It has rendered the product unusable.  I've rebooted multiple times with no success.

Thanks.  I had managed to contact tech support already and they are sending me a refurbished unit as a replacement.
