Canon MF650C shows printer error but can't identify the error. Print job says in queue

Greetings,

Where is the error displaying.  On your computer or printers LCD?

How is the printer connected and to what?

What are you printing (file type) and from which application?  Have you tried another file or printing from a different program?

What OS (version and build) are you using the printer with?

Is this a new issue?  Did the printer work previously?  What might have changed?

The printer is a MF654Cdw and it has worked fine since installed some time ago. Printer from WORD, Excel and Outlook.  Thank you. 

Error is showing on my laptop and on the printer it shows it cannot connect to the WIFI.  I put in the correct password and it will not connect.  All other devices in my applications are running on the Comcast wifi just fine.  This is a first. Thank you.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the MF650C series.  The model number should appear on the front of the printer at the lower right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
