MF4270 printer scans under Windows 11 but will not print. It does scan properly but won't print.
Most recent drivers have been downloaded. Computer has been restarted multiple times. Printer turned on/off mutiple times. Printer is attached with USB cable. Worked fine under Windows 10.
The computer works properly with other printers attached.

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The imageCLASS MF4270 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!

Appreciate the response Danny. Understand Canon is not selling the product any longer ("retired") but my MF4270 isn't retired and is perfectly functional. I've got two brand new cartridges sitting here which are going to go to waste if I can't get it to work. Wish Canon would tweak the drivers so it works under all operating systems. Seems strange that it will scan but not print. Computer recognizes the device???

Same issue here. Printer works great. Also have a spare cartridge. Love this printer. Why have a working scanner update and not the printer driver update?
