my printer will not print. it is connected with a USB cable. i have downlaoded the software. My commputer recognizes the new printer and troubleshooting reviews noobvious errors, it is connected to port 2 - one of three printer ports.
the document stays in the qeue. i have truned spooler off then on.
how do i get it to print
