Hi,
I have a Canon ImageRunner 4045 in my office. It just had a paper jam and now the error code won't clear despite removing the jam and all paper (even from the paper tray) from the machine.
The touch screen on the copier is showing error code "000a0d" and is giving directions on how to clear the jam. I've followed the directions and the machine is not resetting after closing all covers. I've turned the machine off and disconnected it form the main power outlet. The error remains even after the copier is plugged back in a turned on again.
Is there a way to manually reset the machine? As it's not resetting itself automatically.
