Canon 6230dw printer paper key light always flashing

Hi I just bought a Canon 6230dw printer from Amazon and linked it to our house wifi. After I print the first paper, the paper key light will turn to red and flash. And I can't print my documents anymore. If I press this paper key, it will print the first file again and turn to red and flash again. I have checked the papers are enough, How can I do to solve this problem?

I'm not familiar with the 6230. If the 6230 has a way to program for different paper dimensions, is it optioned correctly? If it is, then, if possible, default the printer's programming and start from scratch. If nothing works, then a call to Canon Customer Service might be in order.
