I have the canon maxify megatank Gx5020 printer. I was printing when it told me I had a paper jam in the output area. I looked and there was NO paper stuck in the output area. So I unplugged it for a few hours and plugged it back in and keeps telling me there is a paper jam in the output area. I've taken my flashlight and I see nothing that could be causing a jam. I took a cloth and cleaned the output area to see if that would help but I still get the paper jam error code. I've been without a printer for over a week now. I'm a pre-k teacher and I really need my printer. I'm very frustrated and on the verge of cutting my losses and buying a new printer. Thanks you for your help!
