Hello. I bought the Selphy printer for my daughter 2 years ago. She used it less than a handful of times and now it will not charge when plugged in. Anything I can do? This thing was too expensive to be disposable after such little use.

Is it charged via USB? Could the cable be bad?

That was what I was thinking but I don’t know if I can buy the power adapter on its own. It’s not USB - it has one plug. I don’t know if it’s unique to canon or how to figure out what to buy in a 3rd party that will fit. But I will try and see if I can figure it out 🙂

The back of the unit *and* the wall adapter should tell you the voltage/current requirements.
